Originally from Newfoundland, Canada, Mary Beth relocated to Sarasota in 1980, establishing strong roots in the Gulf Coast community.

With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of South Florida, Mary Beth possesses a deep academic background and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. As a licensed real estate broker in Florida, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. Mary Beth is also certified as a Global Luxury Property Specialist, Waterfront Specialist, and Negotiation Specialist, ensuring her ability to deliver exceptional service and results. Mary Beth is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) and Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce.

Throughout her successful career, Mary Beth has worked in both sales and management roles, including her tenure at Coldwell Banker Realty. As a managing broker overseeing a team of nearly 100 agents, she earned nationwide recognition for Coldwell Banker's President’s Council in 2021. Most recently in 2023, she earned recognition in the Elite 100 Agents "Best of the Best".  Additionally, Mary Beth has extensive experience in new home sales with Arthur Rutenberg Homes and owned an independent real estate brokerage.
